HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

For large/complicated orders with a known event date, customers reserve orders 2 to 3 months in advance. I do need a minimum of 4 weeks notice for custom cookie orders. Orders requested after the 2 week notice time period will be charged a 25% rush fee (if there is any availability).

Can i pick my pre-order cookies up prior to scheduled pick up date/time?

Pre-order pick up dates/times are pre-determined and set in advance. If there is ability to accommodate an earlier pick up (date) the order will incur a 25% rush fee.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount of cookies I can order?

There is a 2 dozen minimum and a 4 dozen maximum. If we are able to accomodate a larger order there is an additional $18/dozen charge (anything over 4 dozen).

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Visit the Order Form Tab on the website.  We will email you within 1-2 business days with your price quote.

CAN YOU SHIP YOUR COOKIES?

Cookies are for local pick up only in the South Bay/Peninsula area.


HOW DO YOU CREATE YOUR DESIGNS?

I take inspiration from my environment. I will not replicate other artists's designs. There are some limitations to what I can do when it comes to design. I do not do character cookies at this time. In addition to that, I do try to stay true to my style in all of my sets, which does put limitations on some themes and designs.



CAN I FREEZE YOUR COOKIES?

Yes! My cookies freeze very well! Often times people will freeze the cookies if I am unavailable for the exact date they'd like. To freeze the cookies you will very carefully place them in a tub or ziploc (if using a ziploc I recommend putting a cookie sheet under it for stability). Rather than stacking them on top of one another, try stacking them on their sides. If your cookies are packaged in a box you can simply leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before you'll be needing them. DO NOT open the container or ziploc until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

All cookies must be paid in full in order to be placed on my calendar.



DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

No. However, don't forget to subscribe to be the first in line for all the fresh out of the oven updates. Website subscribers get dibs to order holiday pre-order cookies (& be on the lookout for special promo codes - only provided to website subscribers).
